Batman: Arkham Knight Review - Why isn't there a Batman Pro-Wrestler yet?  Title: Batman: Arkham Knight Release Date: 23rd June 2015 Platforms: PC (Reviewed), PS4, Xbone Developer: Rocksteady I decided that I wanted to play the Arkham Series again because I wanted to play Arkham Knight, cause it was on sale. Plus I've never actually played it before. I'm not gonna do separate reviews for each game; they've been out long enough, everyone's already played them and I just don't really want to but, here is my view of the rest of the games: Arkham Asylum is kind of a classic, although it has definitely dated and feels outdated when compared with the rest of the series but is still enjoyable nonetheless- Arkham City was good but every time I play it I just seem to see more flaws and just dislike it that little bit more each time- Arkham Origins was dumb and shit and I didn't play it cause its still shit. But what about Arkham Knight? Arkh...

Uncomfortable Labels Review

Uncomfortable Labels Review Wow doing a degree is hard and takes up a lot of time, who woulda thunk? Anyway, new year, new... Ah screw it, I've missed my window for that. But, maybe it is time to try something different; I'm kinda used to talking about video games, although this isn't that unrelated cause it's Laura Kate Dale's book, Uncomfortable Labels (review copy provided). For those who may not know Laura Kate Dale is a writer for Kotaku, she leaked a bunch of accurate shit about the Nintendo Switch and is just an all-round great journalist (psst, if you can't already tell, my opinions on Laura are highly positive and she's part of the reason I decided to do what I want and write about video games). She is also a trans lady, gay and has autism (which is quite common; actually), so if you've ever been on the Internet; even just the once; you'll probably be able to see that it's hard to just be yourself. We'll with the introduction...

THE Game Awards of THE Current Year (2018)

THE Game Awards of THE Current Year (2018) I didn’t play much from 2018 so this is just gonna be a hack job, soz. Lets just get this done, this year instead of a list of best; worst and mediocre list as well as random as shit awards we’ll just do the arbitrary awards. Wait, sorry I meant totally legit awards that are consistent with each year to make them more valid. Rightio, let’s get this shit-show down the pipe. Award Uno; ‘The almost good enough to get on the top ten, if I was doing it this year’ award: Kingdom Come Deliverance. Most of the games from 2018 I’ve played have been games that I bought recently when I realized that hadn’t played any games of 2018, which is fine unless you want to do an end of year list. So, I picked up this game on sale and have played almost ten hours of it and I’m still not sure how much I like it, it’s a game that I’d compare most with Oblivion (a game I love) because of the amount of silly jank however in reality it sits much closer t...

Observer review – A day in the life of  Rutger   Hauer .   Title: Observer  Release date: 15th August 2017 Platforms: PS4, PC (reviewed), XBONe  Developer: Bloober Team An intro before the intro. I’ve been doing these reviews for a little while and I’ve been trying to keep them all with the same  layout and some level of consistency but, honestly, that layout had honestly gotten a little stale for me.  Basically; I’m saying I  wanna  keep doing reviews but I want to try and change it up just a  lil ’- right now I’m thinking maybe a bit more free form.  Anyhoo , guess we’ll find out together.   Observer is a cyberpunk  game from the creatures of Layers of Fear, that game everyone wants to compare to P.T cause that was popular at the time but  honestly ,  I’d say it had pretty unique level design that wasn’t much like P.T  because Layers was about just being completely disorient...
